The main aspect of my bottledesign was to create a shape that supports the handling while cooking and preparing meal with oil or vinegar. Something that often leds to a greasy surface of the bottle. Therefore I’ve given the bottle this conical shape with a rim on the upper half and a slightly thinner upper part wich is easy to hold, I think. With this primarily functional background it was hard to find a convenient name, of course. At the end I called it in relation to its functionallity and its simple shape “Bastone” wich means cane or even cudgel in english.
